Tool for run-time errors and memory leak detection, looks like there are a lot of memory leaks, because the app does not use huge resources, and have no many variables.

Hi!

Created application is working toooo slow, looks like there are a lot of memory leaks, because the app does not use huge resources, and have no many variables. So, please, can you advice some good tool for run-time errors and memory leaks detection in Visual Studio C++?

at first you have to examine your source well. at second to do same also. it is often simple code appears more heavy to CPU or system, then complex code, which is algorythmically optimised.

do it as shoorik wrote.

If the problem still exists after code revision, you can use a Profiler like the one from AMD (Code Analyst) to search the bottle neck.

For memory leak detection you can use several libraries, search the web or ...
