Close Topic Options

As follows:
- Remove trailing spaces on save option in editor settings.
- Convert tabs to spaces on save option, ibd.
- Pre- and post-build steps, just like Code::Blocks ones (in case of external resource compilation, output packing, both of them at the same time and so on).

my suggestions are: add save all (all files, projects, etc.. without confirm dialog), close (current file)/close all (all files, projects..), advanced resource editor (with option to add manifests, html, etc..) maybe it already has it all? standard option to change fonts (not addin) installer maybe? reset all settings option?
