Make error: Cannot create process, What does this mean? Solution ?

Hi!

Warning: i'm new to assembly, and my english is bad!

Question: Every code i try to assemble with WinAsm, gives the following error:

\Masm32\Bin\ML /c /coff /Cp /nologo /I"\Masm32\Include" "C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\INK3N\Eigene Dateien\asm\0001.asm"

Make error: Cannot create process.

Make finished. 1 error(s) occured.

I have no ideas what it could be, because i'm a newbie!!!

Administrator Group: Admins Posts: 2307 Member No.: 1 Joined: 12-May 04	Hi and welcome, "Cannot create process" means the assembler (ml.exe) was not found. I hope you have already downloaded MASM32 package by hutch. If you have, from within WinAsm Studio, go to the menu-item Tools->Options...->Files & Paths, and set binary path, include path and lib path. These are usually C:\masm32\xxx, where xxx is bin,include and lib accordingly. Please let me know if it is ok, Antonis
