Hi all,

This is the Programmer's Large File Text Edit Control, HiEdit V2.0.1.4 packaged both as a static library and a dynamic link library. In the attached zip you will find the static library, the dll, the header file (HiEdit.inc) and the full source of an application that demonstrates HiEdit control's capabilities. Finally, keyword.hes is the file used for syntax highlight.

Best regards,

Antonis

Hello there and thanks for new version.

I see that there is commented SetColumnMode message.
Is this going to be added soon ?

Thanks majkinetor,

Yes, I intend to add support for column mode. There are a lot of issues involved with it, so I need to handle it with caution.

What about code folding ?

Thx

BTW, I updated wrapper for AHK, added number of new functions, new demo etc...
I will eventualy create documentation for it so you can use it for ppl that are interested in testing HiEdit as it is probably the fastest way to experiment (needing nothing else then Notpead, no care about low level programming stuff etc...).

Code folding is on the "ToDo" list too.

You've done a great job with the ahk wrapper.

Looking forward to having your documentation. Great!
