All what is said is not very new.

He could add that with asm we better know the cpu architecture.
Programming in asm is like a challenge : the shortest code, with the minimum of instructions. Is my code fast enougth, no, I restart...

For me the only problem using ASM is the help support. Many programmers use COM... there are not very easy to use (for me) and finding any documentation can be hard.

This is the only reason for which I am sometimes hangry (even if my pseudo means that I am never pleased...).

Nothing is impossile in ASM. If C programmers can make things using C compiler we can do it in assembly. They cannot say the same...

Programmers using others compilers rather than classics C/C++ or Pascal very often create spaghettis code.

With assembler this is not possible, or worst if the programmers ideas are not very clear. So be careful.

Programming in assembly oblige the programmer to have analyzed just a little his project. The asm language structure does not permit to create logical blocks like in C. I know the new instructions (.WHILE..., but I hate them...).

ASM is as easy as any other programming languages and selected instructions are really written into the binary program, I don't know others programming languages that permit to do the same thing (without some kind of __asm).

When programming in asm, we make less use of libraries, what is not made in others languages.

ASM is fantastic, and this programming language will have a very good life while such forums like this one will exist, and while there is fabulous software programmers to offer us good tools for creating our programs.

Thank for every one, while you are there, ASM will not die.

As I think nothing is easy and nothing is tough...

If the concept is clear then the things become easy and if the same concept is not clear the thing seems to be really tough and boring...... tongue.gif

But as concerned with assembly it is fabulous, nothing can beat it.

I really found it very tough in beginning but now as I am having a start thing are really great... biggrin.gif

I am feeling to be more and more passionate about it every day...

Thanks to the all who made it possible for the beginners to have a great start and ask good and sometimes stupid questions on the base like this site.. Its really awesome...

Thanks to all for answering some stupid questions too tongue.gif (XeS,Sea and every one)...

And yes this question is very nice..

Cheers to WinAsm..
