Problems with DrawText and TextOut, does anybody know a trick or a workaround to make DrawText() or TextOut() work as expected with multi-language strings?

I used a castrated version of the famous IczEdit.asm so the sample is written entirely in Assembler. The attached zip includes a more or less detailed description of the problem.
