Show full line numbers on HiEditor, right now the line number display of the large file editor (HiEditor) is limited to three digits.

I thought this first too. In fact the number of digits is limited to the fixed width specified in the line-numbers settings.
Then I recognized that 'show/autosize' is a 3-state box. When grey-checked, the LNB will autosize to the needed width. So this setting works for OK me.

Think this setting is not very clear, maybe there can be a solution in the options dialog which is more unambiguous...

Icfu,

There is no limit for the line number display. StickyNomad is right;

There are three options:
1.no line numbers display
2.configurable line numbers width
3.auto line numbers width

Antonis

Thanks for the hint, indeed I haven't seen that. smile.gif

@akyprian:
In this case the checkbox states are wrong I think. Fully checked should do what half checked does right now and vice versa.

@icfu

Good idea. Indeed it would be more logical this way.

Assumption: the checkbox is empty
1st click: activate line numbers display (grey checkmark)
2nd click: additionally activate the autosize function (black checkmark)

Clean and nifty solution IMO!
