... and you clearly have no intention of fixing this bug.

So please explain, you are marketing this as (in your own title on this forum) "a Programmer's Editor" when it refuses to parse standard string escape syntax as used in the languages you are providing syntax support for and therefore highlights valid syntax incorrectly because...?

Even so, I hate bugs no matter from a commercial or a free product. The same applies for all the free software I produce. Just need enough info to spot and fix them. Regards
