I'm guessing this must be a prank by some disgruntled h4ck0r from the ASM community site. Anyone know different? I can't see the FBI leaving notices like that if they are investigating people or sites.

Let's hope that hutch uses his other 2 sites to notify us what's happening, if it's not easily fixed: masm32.com / masmcode.com

No, it's all fixed now, the hack was removed.

It had been set with a fake FBI/Homeland Security page saying that the site was permanently removed pending investigation into copyright infringement by the owner/users. While it might be a coincidence, there is an ongoing war of words between hutch and the ASM community forum owners where the status of the MS MASM license, which hutch is quite sure allows him to disseminate his MASM32 package to us as end-users, has been questioned. Hutch has the status confirmed personally with documentation direct from the MS legal dept, however, so don't be concerned about that.
