Free prgramming tools - ProTools, followed the protools.winasm.net link and went to IDE's, why isn't the work of KetilO mentioned there?

So followed the link and went to IDE's
So my question is why isn't the work of KetilO mentioned there.

I would be glad if you submit ANY tools you think are good enough (including those you mentioned, of course). The ProTools directory is open for links, all of the submissions are examined and only good quality links are approved.
