Take note that Explorer Window is not really hidden, it is just behind the taskbar.

I resized the taskbar to a smaller size in order to grip the Explorer window(or whatever docked window was used for testing purposes), and re-docked it.

Nevertheless it is a small issue.

An Admin talking in this way...it's above my understanding

I know it sounds silly but what the hell aren't all the bugs silly

samael almost wrote my point there. A new user would bash his head in walls forever if he has done it accidently
