Hello Vortex,

This tool looks very useful.
When I ran it (on a 64-bit Windows 7) it produced the following error immediately:
> vscopy c: z: c:\bin\backupdata.bat
Volume shadow could not be created - InitializeForBackup error = 0x80042302
>

So it does not even start creating Volume Shadow.

Is there anything obvious that I am missing or do wrong?

Hi Slider,

The tool can be used to copy files used by Windows like the registry files ntuser.dat,system, software etc.

system, software can be found in %windir%\system32\config and ntuser.dat in your user profile.

vscopy can be used to copy your Outlook .pst in use and even your whole windows installation.
