Is Directory Submission Still Effective, is directory submission still effective for SERPs and google pr? I read some news that it isnt effective anyway.

I agree that Directory Submission give less benefit but it is not worthless. Directory submission is an impressive promotional tool to attract attention from search engines to a site. The site is indexed and therefore will become the search results.

Directory submission is one of the effective method in SEO to increase traffic. But we didn't get instant approval ranking websites. Normally it will takes 2 to 3 months to get approval...
