AMD-64 bit new Assembler required, AMD has launched its 64 bit processor, will our Win32 MASM programs work fine on that or do we need to port them?

Now AMD has launched its 64 bit processor....
I wish to know can our Win32 MASM works fine on that ....
is Porting required for our programs.??
