AniGIF->.lib->C++ for Commercial App?, Is it possible, and does the license permit, statically linking AniGIF into my C++ win32 commercial app?

I'm new to assembly and its integration into a C++ application. What are the steps to use AniGIF in an existing win32 C++ project? I see a .lib file in the demo package on CodeProject but I don't see an .h file anywhere.

Also, does the license permit closed-source use? In other words, I don't want to have to release my source just because I'm using open source code.
