I have found a nice article it use a Listview and the Focus is Windows Theme

Use u SetwindowTheme for a listview must you add this line with SendMessage LVM_SETEXTENDEDLISTVIEWSTYLE

invoke SetWindowTheme,hList,uni$ ("Explorer"), NULL
invoke SendMessage,hList, LVM_SETEXTENDEDLISTVIEWSTYLE, 0, LVS_EX_DOUBLEBUFFER
